As an actor who also “dabbles” in writing and directing, Pauline confirmed that working with Mindy—whom she describes as a “living, breathing example that it’s possible” to totally kick ass as a multi-hyphenate—was just as dreamy as you’d think it’d be. “What’s really inspiring is that she seems to know what she wants. There’s nothing more enjoyable than showing up to work with someone who is like, ‘This is what I want,’” says Pauline. “I love that.
