Wed, February 21st 2024 at 8:30 AMTwo people from Etters are facing charges after two dogs were found dead in the trash on Feb. 1, according to Pennsylvania State Police.The dogs, which police said appeared to be "emaciated, neglected, and malnourished," were taken to the Pennsylvania Veterinary Laboratory for autopsies.
Upon further investigation, police have charged 41-year-old Chyna McCrary and 33-year-old Andrew Welsh with aggravated cruelty of an animal and neglect of an animal.Stay Connected
