The Utah Marriage Commission celebrated its 25th anniversary Wednesday by looking ahead to its hopes for helping more marriages move forward.
<p>SALT LAKE CITY — One in five Utah children doesn't live in a family with married parents, and the Utah Marriage Commission is working to improve that.
