A tale of two stories for Enterprise basketball.
The Enterprise girls fell short in the 7A South Regional Championship 65-40 to Prattville, while the boys beat Baker 69-52 to punch their ticket to Birmingham.MONTGOMERY, Ala. - The Lady Wildcats faced a 10-0 deficit in the first quarter. They clawed back into it to make it a 4-point deficit early in the fourth quarter, but Prattville pulled away as they won 65-40.The Wildcats started off hot with a 10-0 run to start off the game.
The Baker Hornets used the three-point shot to get back into the game before they took a 28-26 lead into halftime. It was all Enterprise from there though. The Wildcats outscored the Hornets 20-8 in the third quarter.The Wildcats make their third trip to the Final Four in four seasons. The Enterprise Wildcat boys basketball team beat Baker 69-52 in the 7A South Regional Championship to punch their ticket to Birmingham.
